Article 51. Record the child’s parents in the register of births.
Item 4. Persons who are married and who have given their consent in writing to the use of artificial insemination or embryo implantation in the case of the birth of their child as a result of application of these methods are recorded his parents in the register of births.

Treatment of infertility: new order.
Revised procedure for assisted reproductive technologies (hereinafter — ART).
